Outlaw Yoga Rocks the Gardens @ June 23

Finish the day with the relaxing and restorative benefits of a one-hour sunset yoga class with Outlaw Yoga, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Hudson Gardens. Designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus, each class will borrow from the Outlaw Yoga instructor’s experience and may incorporate poses from various Yoga styles. Participants with all levels of experience are invited to attend. Enjoy some music, community and yoga as the sun sets.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class and bring a mat, towel, and water bottle and wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
Classes will be held outdoors in the Grassy Knoll (an alternate indoor location will be provided in the case of inclement weather). Pre-registration is required, no walk-in registrations allowed.
