Gratitude Journal | Cultivate an Attitude of Gratitude

Our natural tendency is to notice more negative things in life than positive. Experts suggest that the mind will generally notice 5x more negative things than positive. We can start to tip the scales into balance by practicing noticing the good things in life. One way we can do that is by keeping a gratitude journal – you can do this by writing a list of three things you’re grateful for, or simply just start your day by thinking about three things you’re grateful for before you do anything else.
